INTEREST” INVITED FROM LEADING
REAL ESTATE CONSULTANTS
The Assets Sale Committee (ASC) constituted pursuant to the sanction of Rehabilitation Scheme for Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd.(HAL), a PSU at Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra, by BIFR, invites "Expression of Interest" from leading Real Estate Consultants for offering consultancy services for sale/development of large area of vacant land at the heart of Pimpri Chinchwad near Pune belonging to HAL for outright sale or for lease/joint development as envisaged in the sanctioned scheme.
Eligibility criteria for applying -
1) Minimum of five years experience in the field especially in the consultancy for development of large area of the land for industrial / commercial / residential use;
2) Minimum annual turnover of Rs.50 crores during the last three years;
3) Should have provided consultancy to projects valued at least Rs.100 crores per annum for the last three years;
4) Two references from clients with whom
applicant has worked to be provided with comments of the clients about the work
done by the applicant.
Scope of work amongst other things would include valuation of land(through a registered valuer), conceptualizing optimum use of the land aimed at maximum realization for the same, preparation of tender documents for sale/development, devising marketing strategy, assistance to ASC in the entire process of sale/development.
A pre-bid conference of the prospective consultants will be arranged at HAL's Board Room, Pimpri, Pune on January 22, 2008 at 2.30 p.m. whereat a presentation will be made regarding HAL’s landed properties, its potential value, ASC's requirement from the consultants regarding kind of services expected etc. and the queries of the consultants will be addressed at the said conference.
Format of application, details of land available for sale, scope of work and other terms & conditions for applying will be made available at the HAL's registered office at Pimpri, Pune on payment of nominal charges. The same is also available on HAL's website at http://hindantibiotics.gov.in
Interested applicants may submit their offers in prescribed format alongwith EMD as prescribed in terms & conditions, in two separate sealed envelopes one containing the ‘technical bid’ and the other containing the ‘financial bid’ with words superscribed as "Expression of Interest for consultancy services" to the Managing Director, Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd., Pimpri, Pune-411 018, so as to reach latest by February 18, 2008. Technical bid should contain EMD, profile of organization, assignments handled, details of key personnel and various supporting documents. Envelopes containing financial bids of only those companies will be opened, which enclose the EMD and fulfil the eligibility criteria. Preference will be given to the firms having experience in offering consultancy services to PSUs provided they are otherwise eligible.
Eligible consultants will be shortlisted and shortlisted consultants may be required to make presentation of their credentials and capabilities to handle the assignment. Thereafter, the financial bids of the qualified parties will be opened and ASC will evaluate each offer and based on the same, selection of consultant will be finalised by ASC. ASC reserves the right to accept or reject any of the 'Expression of Interest' without assigning any reason thereof.
