PUBLIC TENDER FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF PARTIES FOR LEASE OF FERMENTATION FACILITIES.

Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd (HAL), a pioneer in the field of antibiotics in India, having one of the largest installed Bulk Drug & Formulation facilities in India, is interested to  offer following Plant and Machinery on Long Term Lease.

Gentamycin Plant Building housing idle equipments (5 Nos. x 23 M3 Fermentors along with Down stream processing equipments), admeasuring 3648 sq.mtr. (Ground floor & 1st Floor RCC construction) alongwith surrounding  area   admeasuring 4730 sq.mtr. (including plant building area ) on as is where is basis alongwith connected utilities, services and solvent recovery plant  . Additionally 2 Nos. x 23 M3 fermentors can also be included.

The parties shall fulfill the following conditions:-

  1. have been and are in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology business for minimum 3 years.
  2. have a current turnover of not less than Rs 20 crores from pharmaceutical / biotechnology business alone,
  3. are a profit making company from its pharmaceutical / biotechnology/business.
  4. has technologies of products which could be manufactured in the premises.

Interested parties fulfilling above conditions are required to submit the following information

  1. Name and address - *Registered Office * Plants/Factories/Works *Branch offices.
  2. Name and Address of Owner, Director/Partners alongwith a copy of Memorandum and Article of association.
  3. Existing activities, current manufacturing facilities/name of the products
  4. Present Turnover -Domestic & Export
  5. Copy of latest Annual Repot.

HAL reserves the right to visit the office and/or production facilities to verify informations submitted.

HAL reserves  right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
Interested parties can visit site on any working day with prior intimation during the working hours.
